Suzette Bana is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Tenacity Support, a company dedicated to helping organizations strengthen technical operations, improve service delivery, and scale with confidence through technical advisory, delivery services, and talent solutions.

Raised in the Philippines as the daughter of a fisherman and a market vendor, Suzette learned the values of resourcefulness, perseverance, and determination from an early age. When she was 15, her mother passed away, and she stepped in to help support her family by selling produce and her father's catch at the local market. Those experiences taught her a lesson that continues to guide her life and career: resourcefulness finds a way, perseverance keeps you moving forward, and determination turns challenges into opportunities. Together, they create tenacity.

Career

Driven by a passion for technology and continuous learning, Suzette built her career in technical support, supporting application security and network performance monitoring solutions. Prior to founding Tenacity Support, she held roles with industry-leading organizations including Barracuda Networks and LiveAction. Throughout her career, she partnered closely with enterprise customers to solve complex technology challenges, improve operational visibility, and maximize the value of their technology investments. At LiveAction, she advanced into leadership, managing technical support teams and helping drive customer success at scale.

As technology continues to evolve, Suzette's focus has expanded to network automation and artificial intelligence, helping organizations modernize operations, reduce manual effort, and prepare for the future of IT.

Lifelong Learning

Having benefited from educational and workforce development opportunities throughout her own journey, Suzette understands the power of lifelong learning. Her participation in the Cisco Networking Academy and an Advanced Technological Education (ATE) Pilot Program helped strengthen her technical foundation and continues to reinforce her belief that education, mentorship, and opportunity can transform lives and careers.

Outside of work, Suzette enjoys collecting sea glass, gardening, running, and hiking the trails of Northern California.
